How do I navigate my account portfolio? (Private Companies)

Upon logging into Shareworks, select the Portfolio tab.

The Portfolio section in your account displays information on your Share Purchase and Holdings, Stock Options and Awards, and Securities held in Shareworks. You can navigate between the areas by selecting either Share Purchase and Holdings, Stock Options and Awards, or Securities after you are in your Portfolio tab.

The Share Purchase and Holdings tab provides detailed information about your cash holdings and is where you can add funds to your account (as applicable). 
 

The Stock Options and Awards tab provides detailed information about your stock options or awards including grant details, current value, and a view of options or awards that can be exercised. You can select on a grant to see additional information about an award such as its vesting schedule. This tab also provides you with the ability to manage release elections and exercise grants (as applicable). For more information on exercises and releases, please see Exercises and Transactions.

The Securities tab allows you to access information on active securities in the Account Summary tab and cancelled securities in the Cancelled Securities tab.
