If I don't have Internet access, can I still use Shareworks?

Yes. You can access your holdings by contacting the Participant Experience Group from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday to Friday. Our team will answer any questions you may have regarding your Shareworks account and help you with any transactions you wish to complete. 

However, when a Shareworks-assisted transaction is completed, additional service charges may apply.
